RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Courier Returns Courier Returns occur when an order is undelivered and marked as ‘Returning to Origin’ (RTO). Below are the potential reasons for RTO:
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- COD amount not ready
- Future delivery requested by the customer
- Self-pickup requested by the customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Door/premises/office closed
- Pincode not serviceable
Return Address: Printd, our dropshipping partner, handles all returns. When they receive a returned shipment, it will be updated in your account, and an email notification will be sent to the registered email address.
Action Required on Courier Returned Orders: Returned orders will be stored by Printd for 30 days from the date of RTO without any warehousing fee. You can choose to reship the order within this period, after which a fee of ₹10 per order per month will be charged.
If the pincode becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Printd will not be responsible for the RTO, and no refunds will be processed.
Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect and an address correction is requested, a fee of ₹65 + GST will be charged.
Customer Returns
Product Quality Issues: For issues related to misprinting, damage, or defective items, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. Claims for items lost in shipment must be communicated within 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Broken Products: For fragile products, such as mugs, issues must be raised within 10 days from the delivery date. To request a replacement, send pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging showing the shipping label and customer details for verification.
Rejection by Customer: Customized products cannot be returned for size or color modifications. Any such modifications must be handled at your expense. A new order must be placed for updates if you choose to offer exchanges.
Action on Returned Orders: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or customer rejection are marked as ‘Returned to origin’ (RTO) and stored by Printd for 30 days. During this period, you can choose to reship the order. After 30 days, a storage fee of ₹10 per order per month will be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations by the Customer: If a cancellation notice is received before the order is processed, the order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded. If the order has already been printed and shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved, and the product will follow the normal lifecycle process.
Cancellations by Stichy: Stichy reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Situations that may lead to cancellation include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud department. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded in the next ledger closing cycle, which runs every 15 days.
